The PineServe waiter app can be installed on any mobile device that has access to the internet. You don’t have to buy complicated equipment to use the waiter app.
PineServe's waiter app makes it easy for waiters to take orders and send them directly to the kitchen with just a couple of taps. Once the waiter clicks "order" on his app, the order is displayed on the Kitchen Display so that the chef can start preparing the dish. A printout of the order can also be requested.
The waiter doesn't have to keep visiting the kitchen to check if a particular order is ready. Once a food item has been prepared, the chef simply needs to click the "deliver" button". This will notify the waiter that the food is ready so that he can come collect it and deliver it to the customer.
The waiter does not have to wait around after taking an order for one table. He can attend the next table right away. The waiter does not have to go to the kitchen for every order placed by the customer. Instead, the app will provide an update of the food processing details for each table.
We provide "n" numbers of login credentials with PineServe's delivery app. Each login is based on the number of tables and waiters at your restaurant.
Each food item can also be customized through the waiter app. Suppose the customer wants extra cheese on his burger or more pepperoni on his pizza. Using the waiter app, you can customize the burger. It is as simple as clicking on the burger item and adding it to notes, or choosing from the additional options below the burger or pizza.
An order can be collected with just one click. Your waiter can also inform the customer about the processing time. They don’t have to note anything down or memorize any order details. All information is presented on the screen to the chef.
